How quickly will I see results from glute training?
Most clients feel their glutes working properly within the first two weeks — that "aha" moment when you finally know what you're doing. Visible shape change typically shows from week 6, with significant transformation by week 12 when training is consistent and nutrition is dialled in.
Do you offer nutritional guidance too?
Yes — nutrition is included in your programme. Charlotte gives you simple, sustainable plans that work with your real life, not against it. No bland chicken and rice, no cutting out food groups, no diets you'll quit by week three. Just food that fuels your training and your goals.
What if I have a holiday, wedding or event coming up?
